Do you deliver overseas?
Yes. We offer delivery to a wide range of international destinations. International delivery is charged according to the destination of the parcel. We will contact you for approval on shipping charges on international sales.  We use Go Green DHL services or UK Post Office where possible.

What currency will I pay in?
We currently can only charge for purchases and shipping in UK sterling.

Can I return an item bought in the sale?
For items purchased in the sale, please refer to our returns information.

Why is an item showing on your site when you have already sold out?
This is usually because we are in the process of making or hoping to re-make the piece.   

How do I buy gift cards?
Yes. You can purchase a Gift cards by emailing our shop: hello@homespunclothing.com. Gift Cards are valid for 12 months from the date of issue. Unfortunately, we cannot give refunds on any amount not used.

Do product prices include sales tax?
Yes, all prices on our site are inclusive of UK sales tax (VAT) at the current rate.

How secure is your website and are my personal details safe with you?
It is our policy to give you a totally safe browsing & purchasing experience. For this reason, we do not require that you give us any information about yourself before you reach the checkout area of our site.

When you wish to buy the items you have selected, your browser makes a connection to the secure section of our website. The information that you provide during purchasing your goods is entirely associated with your purchase and is encrypted. This means no-one can intercept your details and read them.

Our data collection and storage is governed by the rules of the UK Data Protection Act. We will not divulge your email address to any other company.

Why do you need my telephone number?
We keep a secure database with all our customer's telephone numbers so that we can contact you quickly if there is a query on your order.

Why do you need my email address?
We keep customer's email address so that we can communicate with you quickly and also update you with the status of your order. With your consent, we would also like to keep you updated about our latest news, special offers and promotions.

Do you use Cookies?
Yes, on our website we use cookies only to store information about the products you are interested in. So when you add a product to your basket we remember this information with a cookie.

Paying by PayPal
We accept payment by PayPal. When paying by PayPal we take payment at the time your order is placed. Please note, that returns will be refunded to your PayPal account and Paypal may take several days to process and refund.

Shipping & Returns
Shipping to all UK addresses is free of charge for orders above £250. For orders below £250 the charge is:

£8 to UK
£14 standard or £23 express delivery to EU by Go Green DHL
£25 to non EU countries.

All EU orders are shipped inclusive of duties and tax. No further costs are payable when you receive your order.

Due to ongoing restrictions our returns policy has been extended to 28 days of your receiving delivery.

Dispatch times are currently up to 5 working days from receipt of order and returns may take a little longer to process.

We currently do not ship to Japan and South Korea or PO and BFPO addresses.
